Attraversiamo's workshops are designed for those who wish to go deeper than a single session allows — or who find that learning alongside others opens something that solitary work cannot. Groups are kept intentionally small: rarely more than eight participants, always in a space that feels private and held.

What to expect

Each workshop opens with a period of settling — breath, silence, and gentle grounding before any content begins. The body needs to arrive before the mind can receive anything of depth.

Afternoons typically move between guided inner work, brief instruction in a specific modality, and unstructured time for integration. There is no pressure to share. Presence is the only requirement.

Workshops run as full-day sessions, half-day taster sessions, and occasional multi-day intensives for those ready to commit to a deeper arc of work. All are held in Luxembourg or in the Greater Region, at locations shared with participants upon registration.

Lunch is always included in full-day formats, prepared with care and aligned with the day's intention. We ask participants not to bring devices into the working space.

Current themes

Opening to Intuition

A full-day workshop exploring how to distinguish genuine inner knowing from fear or wishful thinking — using energy awareness, intuitive painting, and quiet dialogue.

Grief and Continuity

A half-day taster session held for those navigating loss. Gentle, mediumship-informed, and never clinical. Space to feel what has not yet been felt.

Resilience From the Inside Out

A practical full-day session drawing on somatic awareness and energetic tools to build a personal toolkit for pressure and transition.

The Language of Plants

A half-day introduction to Bach flower remedies and essential oils — how to work with them, how to select them, and how to bring them into daily life.

Immersive Retreat Days

Occasional full-day intensives combining multiple modalities in a flowing, unstructured format for those who have already done significant inner work.

Workshop dates are announced directly to our community — people who have attended a session or who have inquired about the work. To receive advance notice of upcoming workshops, simply reach out via the contact page and let us know you are interested. We will add you to our notification list.
